ECOSYSTEM VLG World
Governance & Licensing Framework
Open Access — Controlled Activation
The ECOSYSTEM VLG World framework introduces a structured approach to intellectual property, system governance, and real-world activation.
It distinguishes between access to knowledge, which remains open, and operational activation, which requires governance, validation, and traceability.
CORE PRINCIPLE
Knowledge circulates freely.
Its activation is governed.
Access is open.
Real-world impact must remain structured, responsible, and aligned.
THE SYSTEM
The framework is based on a structured governance architecture organized around four key dimensions:
Licensing
A multi-regime system including the VLG World Governance License (VLG-WGL), legacy licenses such as Apache, and controlled collaborative regimes.
Governance
A governance stack composed of the Ethical & Quantum Extension, the 3Qâ„¢ framework, and the Active Blue traceability system.
Processes
Structured processes, including managerial processes, artistic processes, and orchestration logics, considered integral components of the system.
Activation
A core principle distinguishing knowledge access from real-world deployment, which is subject to validation and responsibility conditions.
STRUCTURED PROCESSES
Ces éléments sont considérés comme des composantes du système et sont soumis à des conditions d’activation contrôlée.
The framework does not only protect documents, but also structured processes.
This includes:
- managerial processes
- artistic and creative processes
- orchestration logics
- system architectures
These elements are considered integral parts of the framework and are subject to controlled activation conditions.
DOCUMENTS
The framework is supported by a collection of white papers, governance underlayers, and applied research documents.
Each document is identified through a DOI and is associated with a specific typology, licensing regime, and activation conditions.
ACCESS
The framework is accessible for:
- reading and research
- scientific collaboration
- technological evaluation
- implementation requests
Any operational activation is subject to governance conditions, validation processes, and traceability requirements.
